I can't not.
My stomach is in a knot.
As I dare
to be authentic.
Not having to smile
or to hide.
Soon
you will know the truth
of my life.
My strife.
My process of healing
and dealing with the past.
I have spiralled down again
into the depths
as my fear comes alive.
I dive into the deep waters,
knowing for sure
this time,
I will surface much quicker.
